We work with carefully chosen chefs and drinks professionals to make each experience unique. We manage every detail, from the venue to production, so the event runs smoothly and leaves a memorable impression.

  • Martyn Odell, also known as Lagom Chef, is a London-based chef and food-waste activist who makes cooking fun and sustainable. He has built a large online following with his energetic zero waste approach and practical hacks.

  • Douglas McMaster is a pioneering chef and restaurateur behind Silo, London’s leading zero‑waste restaurant, he’s committed to closing the loop on food, turning scraps into creative fermented dishes, and showing how sustainability and fine dining can go hand in hand.

  • Pasta Evangelists is a UK-based artisan pasta company that began as a fresh pasta-at-home kit business and has grown into a fast‑growing hospitality brand, known for its pasta‑making classes, takeaway service, and newly launched restaurants.

  • Renegade Urban Winery is a London‑based urban winery that sources hand‑harvested grapes from the UK and Europe, brings them back to East London, and makes innovative, modern wines in a working winery with bar and tasting space.escription

  • Dusty Knuckle is an East London bakery and community-focused social enterprise known for its hand‑crafted, naturally leavened breads, using locally sourced ingredients and traditional baking techniques to create artisanal loaves.
