As a child of two cultures, Jo was afforded a richness few have. Difference became part of his identity and the joy of otherness, in spaces, places and people, a life's pursuit. His greatest passion is what the modalities of art, music, hospitality and production can do, bringing together people and ideas that would not necessarily coexist day-to-day.

Alongside Jo is a diverse group of collaborators and specialists. Their expertise spans audio and lighting production, set fabrication, PR and communications, and graphic design. The mantra at PARTY NEEDS is "the power of doing something good for its own sake." In Jo's experience, doing something good is what's needed to turn difference into unity.
